The Hütte am Wald with its great atmosphere thanks to the pine-wood-architecture offers a generous living room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, welcoming dining table as well as a cozy couch area with a fire place, TV and Wlan. The master bedroom consists of a super comfortable boxspring bed for 2 persons, a lounge chair, working table and wardrobe. In the attic floor with a height of app 1,5m you will find 2 separate beds. This "Juchhe" is the perfect place not only, but primarily for kids to sleep and play. In the bathroom you will find a bath tub and shower as well as the entry to the outdoor sauna. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and there is also an extra storage room, if you plan to stay longer. If necessary, babybed and high chair are available too.
Outside
...you will find outdoor seating as well as deck chairs to enjoy this hideaway and the generous garden. There is also an extra exit to go for a walk straight into the fields and woods. Parking space for up to 2 cars is available.
In case you want to leave the house area, enjoy an active day by visiting the lakes Fuschlsee, Hintersee, Wolfgangsee or Mondsee or by getting fit hiking up the mountains like Schober, Schafberg, Zwölferhorn and many more. During the winter months, the cross-country skiing village Faistenau is just a 10 min drive away. The downhill-skiing area Gaissau-Hintersee is a 15 min drive away.

Coming from highway A1, take the exit Thalgau and within 6km you will reach the Hütte am Wald. The airport of Salzburg is a 20 min drive away and the city of Salzburg a 15 min drive.
Public transport (bus 150 and 155 connection Salzburg and Salzkammergut), a supermarket as well as drug store is available within an 8 min walk.
